1. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability, operating hours, delivery coverage and confirmation by DOH House. We may contact you to verify order details before preparation.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and may change without prior notice. For both delivery and pickup orders, customers choose either EasyPaisa/JazzCash or Allied Bank transfer at checkout. The relevant payment details are shown on the website before the completed order is submitted through WhatsApp. The selected payment method is included in the WhatsApp order message, and DOH House may resend the selected details in the chat. The product total must be paid in advance and is verified by DOH House through the payment screenshot sent on WhatsApp. For delivery orders, the website shows the product total only. The separate rider charge depends on the delivery address and is paid in cash directly to the rider when the order arrives.
3. Delivery and pickup
Delivery is arranged after the product payment has been verified on WhatsApp. DOH House may then prepare the order and book an independent rider using the delivery address and contact details supplied by the customer. Delivery availability, rider charges and estimates depend on location, traffic, weather and rider availability. Store pickup is available from the locations shown on the website, with more pickup locations expected to be added over time.
4. Changes and cancellations
Because products may be prepared shortly after confirmation, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has started or a rider has been booked. Any approved refund for a prepaid product order will be arranged through an appropriate manual payment method.
5. Product information and allergens
Product descriptions and photographs are illustrative. Doughnuts and croissants are handmade, so appearance may vary. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts and soy. Customers with serious allergies should contact us before ordering.
6. Customer conduct
You must not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The DOH House name, logo, mascot, website design, product names, photographs, text and other brand materials may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DOH House is not responsible for indirect losses, service interruptions or events outside its reasonable control.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business, ordering system, delivery network and payment services develop. Continued use of the website means the latest published terms apply.
