Everything you need to know about DOH House.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Build your order on the website, complete checkout, choose EasyPaisa/JazzCash or Allied Bank transfer, then submit the finished order through WhatsApp. DOH House will acknowledge the order and resend the selected payment details. After you pay the product total and send the payment screenshot for verification, we confirm the order and start preparation. For delivery orders, you will receive an update when the order is dispatched and on the way. Only the separate rider delivery charge is paid directly to the rider on delivery.
Can I build my own box?
Absolutely. Mix your favourite flavours in boxes of 1, 6, 9 or 12.
Do you cater for offices and events?
Yes. We offer corporate orders, birthday boxes and event catering.
Which payment methods are accepted?
At checkout you can choose either EasyPaisa/JazzCash or Allied Bank transfer, and the payment details are shown on the website before you submit the order. Your selected payment method is included in the prepared WhatsApp order message so DOH House knows which payment to verify. DOH House will resend the selected details in WhatsApp, and the product total is paid in advance and verified from the payment screenshot you send back. For delivery orders, only the separate rider charge is paid directly to the rider when the order arrives.
Can I place an order in advance?
Yes. Customised Celebration Boxes must be ordered at least 48 hours before pickup or delivery.
Do you have seasonal flavours?
Yes. Limited edition flavours will be introduced throughout the year.
How can I contact DOH House?
