3. Payment information
The website does not collect debit-card, credit-card or mobile-wallet login credentials. For both delivery and pickup orders, customers select EasyPaisa/JazzCash or Allied Bank transfer at checkout. The website displays the relevant receiving account details, but does not process the transfer itself. The selected payment method is included when the completed website order is submitted through WhatsApp, and the customer later sends a payment screenshot to DOH House for verification. For delivery orders, the product payment is verified before dispatch. The separate rider delivery charge is paid in cash directly to the rider when the order arrives.
4. Sharing of information
We may share only the information necessary to fulfil your order with delivery riders or delivery partners, hosting and communication services such as WhatsApp, and legal authorities where required by law. Manual bank or wallet transfers are completed through the customer's chosen financial service, outside this website.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for order fulfilment, accounting, customer support, legal compliance and fraud prevention. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
